I think it would be safe to come back at the 23 minute mark. But be warned, Britt made an oopsy. Yeah…. so when I said we’d be on our regular schedule a little bit ago I didn’t think that through. My brother and his wife just had their second daughter, and we of course volunteered to take care of the first for a while. Obviously there were some conflictions…

Anyway, back to the podcast, we are cram packed full of two weeks worth of news from Gamescom and of course reader mail and the like. plus a big fifteen minutes section on Red Dead Redemption at the beginning of the podcast, so beware of massive *****SPOILERS*****, I repeat, *****MASSIVE SPOILERS*****. This is also the very first episode with only two people on the cast. Just good ole’ Britt and myself Beez. Make sure to send us plenty of readermail for the next episode, we could really use it. Finally back on our regular schedule… sigh… Between E3 and me (beez) going to Boston we’ve been finding it difficult to record on a regular schedule. But thankfully much of that craziness is behind us. Though who knows what will happen when Gran Turismo 5 launches…

As for the podcast itself, we don’t have Rich George on, which means the quality doesn’t suck (yes Rich, that is a low blow at you). Welcome all to the pre-E3 n00bketeers. Of course we’ll talk a lot about the big show, including predictions, hopes, and hates. We have our first official IGN guest with Rich George, some of you may know him from the IGN comics team, or podcast (Comics Smash). Luckily he knows a thing or two about video games as well. I do want to apologize for the sub par sound quality, we recorded this using a skype recorder because rich was only able to access his iPhone when it came time to record. However, tune into the end of the show where we make it up to you by have a contest for a free code to download Call of Duty Classic. Also, I did all the editing in my car so I only had access to songs on my laptop, hence the entire episode being made up from the Smash Brothers Brawl soundtrack.

Straight from the Krakens lair, we recorded the 24th episode of the n00bketeers. We took a break from our busy schedule of being eaten to record this one, being eaten might also explain why we’re all running on empty this episode. Britt is sick, I’m dog tired and Javi had a crappy day at work, all in all, it makes for a very sloppy, although entertaining podcast. lots of news and readermail to talk about, plus since Britt and I are so out of it, we asked Javi to guest host, which he so graciously agreed to.
