<itunes:summary>We’re back again with Episode #2 of MMO Radio: A War Z Blunder. This week we talk about one of the year’s biggest controversies in The War Z. Is it a shameless cash grab? A copycat of Day Z? Absolutely, but it’s also pretty funny if a little frustrating. Plus, if it’s big enough news to pull our friend Adam away from his Dungeons and Dragons planning, you know it has to be good.
Speaking of Dungeons and Dragons, Adam regales us with the latest adventures of his campaign. I won’t spoil anything but lizard necromancers might be involved.

<itunes:summary>Welcome to the inaugural episode of MMO Radio! This is the place where MMO and table top gaming collide to bring you the week’s news and hot topics in a fun half-hour format. Together, Adam “Ferrel” Trzonkowski and Chris “Syeric” Coke bring three books, hundreds of blog posts and podcast appearances, and thousands of in-game hours to bear against the topics of the week. This new show will be hosted by Epic Slant Press but we wanted to make a post over here at The Multiverse so that our loyal fans can find us. Please note you’ll need to update your iTunes and RSS subscriptions to continue to receive the new show.
This week we look at the recent layoffs at Trion and what that might mean for RIFT, World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria versus RIFT: Storm Legion, B2P as the new payment model for MMOs, and how being a dungeon master is a lot like leading a guild. We may also have inadvertently stumbled into wife swapping and red lace. Maybe.
If you were a fan of our old show, The Multiverse, or are just a fan of MMOs or DnD and are looking for a fun way to spend half-an-hour, this is the show for you.

 <itunes:summary>Hello Everyone,
Well surprise, surprise. Bet you didn’t expect to see us around these parts again! Well, it’s been a while and we’ve missed our date, so we decided to sit down and record a little follow-up to the final season of the Multiverse and update our listeners on our ramblings.
What exactly is the hold up, you ask? In short, following our previous recording, the second laptop we used for mixing was rendered unusable by virtue of a broken AC adapter. Thar was smoke and thar were sparks, but that were no white whales and for that we are thankful. Still, it is impossible to produce MMO Radio without a second computer running in the background. Technology… c’est la vie.
In any event, we present you with this update episode where we do our Multiverse thing and talk about the big news and happenings in the MMO and gaming world. That includes EQ2 F2P, the Playstation Vita, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, RIFT, SWTOR, and more.
Enjoy the show and stay tuned for updates on the launch of MMO Radio. It’s approaching!</itunes:summary>

 <itunes:summary>Hi Everyone!
Welcome to the very last edition of The Multiverse before we relaunch in January as MMO Radio! We have big things planned, which we talk about a little hear, so I hope you’ll all follow us over — don’t worry, nothing big is changing! We want to have a show that represents what you’ve heard recently and another chance at giving the world a first impression. We’ll be posting several editions of the “new” show here until you make the switch to the new (forthcoming) feed.
This was an excellent show. We talk some TOR, some RIFT, and other week’s news. We also give BIG THANK YOUS to everyone who donated to getting Adam’s new book, The Raid Leader’s Companion, off the ground. You guys made it happen, and we appreciate the support.
And also, apologies for having this out late. I’ve been perpetually sick/sidetracked and out of touch from my online life.
Cheers, everyone!</itunes:summary>

 <itunes:summary>Good Evening folks,
First off, the late episode is my fault. I apologize dear sirs, my excuses are many but none shall suffice. On the plus side, Adam got called out on this week’s show — and thank you, Cindy, for that one because he’s had it coming for a long, long time.
We’re joined by Mike from Guild Launch who, apart from being a huge RIFT fan and general good guy, invites you to prove you’re RIFT’s Top Fan.
On the docket tonight:

WoW’s fail-PLEX cash pet — not really. I’m sorry. That was a troll talking and I should be ashamed.

Adam’s take: “There’s always going to be prostitution.” He brings it around, folks. Kind of.

Neverwinter Nights wants to be DDO but is unfortunately being developed by Cryptic. It could be good, I guess, as long as they keep the “I worked on Diablo” team out of it, they have a shot.
We also talk about my general disappointment in the adventurous, and just a bit shy, Patch 1.5. Yeah, we don’t need to say which game. You already know.

And much, sexily much, more.
Enjoy!

 <itunes:summary>Greetings Multiversians!
Another week, another Multiverse! Adam and I fly solo this week – high on the wings of a hot news and discussion week. One of the main themes that drove our discussion (beginning in earnest about 35 minutes in) was motivation. We talked about what drove people to raid, to guild, and to come back and play time and time again. We also hash out what “I want to see the content” really means and Adam and I have some trouble seeing eye to eye on this one.
Bullet points!
