Kyle Baron is pleasantly surprised at the nightmarish kid’s toybox that is Pid.
This year marks the return of two Cabela hunting games; Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2013 and Cabela’s Hunting Expeditions. The latter replaces the story-driven Cabela’s Big Game Hunter 2012 from last year, and provides a more immersible experience by cutting out scripted events and linear trails.

A lot of fantasy role-playing games paint a pretty generic picture. Orcs and goblins are the bad guys and humans must protect themselves from the green skinned monsters. Cyanide Studios latest game turns that trope on its head, putting players in the role of the green skins that are fighting for freedom against a tyrant human empire. The story will put players in control of the legendary Orc berserker Arkail and his goblin guide Styx directly as they set out on their quest to end the tyranny of the empire by assassinating the emperor.
