Out of all the Kinect games to have come out in the past two and a half years, Dance Central has been the king of the castle. Considering that last year Dance Central 2 improved on the original game in nearly every way and that the rhythm genre has been somewhat burned out recently, I was quite surprised when Microsoft announced Harmonix would be developing Dance Central 3 for a release this fall. While the franchise risks blowing a tire and spinning wildly out of control due to over-saturation, much like its plastic instrument wielding brethren, if Dance Central can push the formula forward a notch, this could be another big hit for Microsoft. A refined fitness mode would be nice too.
