Sony’s Playstation Vita has been in dire need of some support and Ubisoft threw it a rather large bone last night at the Sony conference, revealing Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation. Taking place 10 years before the events of Assassin’s Creed III, players will take control of Aveline, the series’ first playable female character, as she explores the city of New Orleans in a tumultuous time during the history of America. The game looks to have everything fans have come to expect from an Assassin’s Creed game: open world, fluid platforming, stellar hand to hand combat and a intricate storyline. This is one to watch if you are a Vita owner.
