Gamescom 2011: Battlefield 3 to Have Co-Op Mode

Adding to the already-staggering amount of gameplay that Battlefield 3 has, EA announced yesterday in its press conference at Gamescom that Battlefield 3 will feature a co-op mode. EA says that these maps and missions are unique to co-op mode. They won’t be in the campaign and will be available for people to tackle online with friends.

Releasing October 25 in North America, the popular shooter franchise is adding more value to the box with every announcement. They also showed a new multiplayer trailer that featurs lots of jets, shows the new animation for taking a dogtag, more jets, the Caspian Border map, and lots more jets.
